Great learning experience. Hands on ownership. You get a lot of responsibility and if you mess up the team is really helpful. I messed up multiple deliveries one morning and the guys working that morning just coached me through it and weren't short with me.
Cons
To be honest, customers. A lot of customers are really really mean when they can't get their way. I had a woman curse me out on the phone because I wouldn't turn around and drive back to her apartment to refold ONE of her t shirts. I had 10 other deliveries to make and she was upset about one wrinkled t shirt out of 50 pounds of laundry. I know she probably yelled at customer support too.
It's a great concept for a start up if you need laundry in demand.
Cons
They never pay on time, they'll cheat you out your time, gas, and mileage. They hardly ever communicate about changes with in the company. Several drivers have quit including myself.
