      Pros

      Formerly excellent company that cared for employees and a great place to work.

      Cons

      New executive changes have taken an excellent company and made it miserable. Lots of job cuts and now don't feel very safe or secure due to changes. New administration shares no info and manages by fear. I have never seen a company go from so good, to so bad, so quickly.

      Pros

      Good team members and relaxed schedule when you are good you get opportunity to work on various tasks and progress easily

      Cons

      Lot of stress and basically no work life balance too much work volume, the last thing they care about are employees, do not provide good training and continuous education and give you tasks without preparing you. Company lack smart solutions and continuous improvement plan, management is lacking basic management skills. Everything is constant battle and problem.

      Pros

      The people I interact with are pleasant and in the majority of cases want to help you. I do believe our products are quality and have a future if the company is steered correctly.

      Cons

      Upper management is unbelievably arrogant and seem to be pretty incompetent also. There is no organization or communication on how things fit together at a corp. level, who does what, etc. We had our issues at Federal Mogul, but wow, Tenneco people just don't listen or want to collaborate. Everyone just operates in their own world and when things get accomplished it's more by chance than skill.
