Eh, I know it can be worse, but it's still pretty bad - Corporate Finance DRiV Employee Review

Upper management is unbelievably arrogant and seem to be pretty incompetent also. There is no organization or communication on how things fit together at a corp. level, who does what, etc. We had our issues at Federal Mogul, but wow, Tenneco people just don't listen or want to collaborate. Everyone just operates in their own world and when things get accomplished it's more by chance than skill.
