Pros
Most of the people who work here are delightful and kind, and the work is usually of a good standard.
Cons
The higher management foster an atmosphere of cruelty and bullying. The working culture revolves around nourishing the ego of the director, and at the cost of everyone else's mental health. Workflow is frustratingly inefficient due to micro-management.
