      Pros

      My schedule rarely changed and hours were consistent.

      Cons

      Don't bring up any issues you have with anything or else they will get you fired. Will literally harass and fire if they do not like you. Very toxic work environment, they will expect a lot of you and be offended if you ask for more pay. This company is crooked.

      Lots of promotions available Unconventional work hours if you do not want Mon-Fri 9-5

      Cons

      Salary employees are expected to work on call at ridiculous hours. The client will always come first. Profit it more important that employee well being. Favoritism is very real here.
