      Pretending as they take care of the people who are working in the company.

      1. Citizens of russian federation are still working in the company. Meanwhile, Ukrainian workers at TTP plants were killed by russian missiles. 2. Disrespectful communication with people who are in lower positions. 3. Nepotism. 4. Sexism.
