Cons
1. They DO NOT give a hard copy of appointment letter. 2. The salary structure mentioned isn't clear/transparent. 3. They DO NOT pay salaries to their employees. I am yet to receive my dues from them even after uncountable number of reminders 4. ONLY four permanent employees - The Directors mentioned on the MCA website, the owner and one Director Finance. 5. Every month they recruit new new people and fire them as the day to pay the salary approaches. 6. The website is shabby and shady and gives no details about their business. 7. Claim to have tie ups with American healthcare giants, but have no proof of that. 8. They've duped several companies in the past. They initiate conversations with small and medium software/hardware companies and take security deposit money from them, citing reason of exclusive vendor for the project. 9. The directors DO NOT have a clear LinkedIn profiles and have dubious degrees. 10. Neither of the Directors have suitable training or qualifications or ability to justify the tall claims of their projects. 10. Saturdays are working. You're expected to reach office on time and expected to stay late. 11. They'll lie about the various projects in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Ranchi, Mangalore, etc. All are fake projects with no concrete plans. 12. They DO NOT have a fixed office and operate out of business centres. They've been kicked out of various Business Centres in the past due to the non-payment of rent/delay in payment of rents. Their current address of IRIS tech park in Gurgaon is also false, they DO NOT operate from that office any more. They've been kicked out of that office. 13. The office address of Australia as mentioned on their website is also fake.
