      Pros

      The owners of the business and department heads are really understanding and appreciate that we have lives outside of work. They expect you to work hard, but don't expect overtime or for you to work on annual leave. Staff are friendly and helpful each other out.

      Sometimes slow to communicate or make changes.

      Pros

      DTM are by far one of the best companies I’ve worked for and probably ever will work for. They are supportive, encouraging, inclusive and understanding. Career progression is a huge thing and they will support you all the way. I feel very comfortable and cared for at work.

      Cons

      Can’t think of any! They are absolutely brilliant.
