Pros

Um.....(thinking)......um.....Does cute Co-Workers Count? If you enjoy talking about low-hanging fruit and pre-arranged marriages it might be a place for you during a low-point in your life.

Cons

Yes, I agree that there are numerous "ex-cons, current cons and future cons" employed at DTT.

Pros

> Schedule flexibility with school. > Great co-workers > Will 100% reimburse several certs tests only, (Comptia A+,Net+,Sec+, CCNA R&S, and some Microsoft certs) > Close the door on the way out, and don't think about work until the next day.

Cons

> No Overtime, they'd rather you twiddle your thumbs for your last 15 minutes than risk OT. > Poor leadership, 24/7 call center shouldn't have plans that are based around a 9-5 schedule. > Recent shift to more metrics focused calls, annoying push to get perfect surveys. > Everyone tries to transfer a call at any opportunity. > Bathrooms are DISGUSTING most of time, and frequently used by the homeless in the area. > Poor IT Infrastructure, frequently down infrastructure, 14 power outages in 2016, IT requires a 2 week long google doc of every issue to 'track' until a solution finally goes out.

Pros

You'll learn what the phrase "low hanging fruit" means. It means good luck in trying to find a new dummy to buy our over-priced "program". You'll also hear that "once someone becomes a DTT customer they love DTT." Wrong, spoke with so many that "wished" they could get out of contract. So many lawsuits. Company is broke and relies on investors to keep them afloat.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Over-priced. NOTHING unique. You'll become a low-life (just like all managers). Here's the pitch, let me give you a quote small business owner, then you come back with a quote for like $540 /month, owner laughs at you, but what if I can do it for $450?, more laughter, $360?, Did I tell you about the "audit report"? "I don't have time for this!" "Can I have my manager call you, I think we're having a monthly manager special", "Goodbye camera person" $270? Click. And then you enter this into your pipeline and every week you'll be questioned at nauseam, with "what's the latest, what's the latest?' "Let's call them up, uh they hang up on, not looking too good." "Did you tell them about the special?"
