Pros
Great people in the lower levels of management and guys on the sites.
Cons
No money to buy items for the works to be carried out. Failure to pay sub contractors on time. Part of the company went bust with debts of 10+ million. Won't be around much longer.

Enjoyed all that I spoke too. Very personal group of people and loved the vibe of company. Very welcoming and warm.
Cons
No heads up - on recent hire of new Assistant Controller. He was hired a few days prior to interview and he was just getting settled or not.
