- Good & supportive colleagues, easy to work with - Team member usually help each other during daily operations - Good place to gain real experience handling safety issues.
Cons
- Safety culture among employees is still quite low. - Sometimes difficult to enforce safety rules due to lack of support from management. - Safety department often gets tasks that are not really related to safety. - Work can be quite stressful because safety issues need to be handled across many areas.
