Worst boss ever

Small company with some good staff

Cons

Worst boss ever, a gangster like boss who treat and talk to everyone like a low level worker. Only know to treat his Sales guys with respect. Don't ever join if expecting work life balance. Boss very proud of having guys stay and work till midnight. No O.T. and yearly salary review is non-existent.
