    I worked at DWS full-time

    Pros

Decent pay, in general interesting projects to work on and managers tend to care about the employees too and not only about placement and utilisation.

    Cons

Other consulting organisations tend to offer a tech allowance in cash so that employees can buy laptops/mobiles/gadgets - not at DWS. Very little in terms of money for things like MSDN subscriptions, online training such as PluralSight, etc.

I worked at DWS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Will get exposure to a variety of clients, Glenn and Mark are great people to work with. Good monthly company get-together, where you get to interact with other consultants - these are great opportunities to understand what is happing in the tech world and in the market

    Cons

Body Shop - So don't expect much support. You are there to make money for them. Being on the bench is a nightmare- especially if you are the bench captain: you will be cleaning the kitchen, grocery run to buy tea, milk :), act as a receptionist, make sure printer is up and working....

    Advice to Management

DWS Sydney- employ someone for the admin work mentioned above...

    Advice to Management

Engage with your employees rather than your HR department. If you don't demonstrate some compassion, and take actions - your words are empty.
