      Pros

      None as such . Even the pantry guys back answers you in front of visiting official guests for meeting , when asked to get coffee for them .

      Cons

      Where do I start . No Parking . Employees get frisked . Zero trust on employees . Very less holidays . They don't give you leaves . Ask you to sign a bond . Regular use of bad words if they don't like something . If employee ends up making some mistake, they cut your salary also use words in front of everyone saying it is not your fathers company . If you work for them that means you are a slave for them .

      Only business minded people are working there They are not care about their employee They are not worry about female security Giving worst location that is outer from city to female employees

      No pros as such , few of the employees are friendly due to being the same rocking boat

      Cons

      No Work Life Balance . Family run business treating employees like slaves. MD uses foul language even in front of female employees at times .
