      Pros

      The employees that are still there are great people.

      Cons

      There is no room for growth, sustainability, or promotions. You may get a $100 bonus if you are lucky. Hostile work environment with yelling, curse words, by the founder. Just look at other reviews. There is a pattern here.

      There is no benefits to work here at all besides the few people left.

      Cons

      Negative and toxic work environment with a lot of drama behind your back. No structure or ability to grow or get promoted. There are no sales coming into the website and no real work to do. PTO is tough to get approved. No work or life balance at all.
