      1/ if you get signed by my brand (i can't tell you but if you work here, you know which brand i'm talking about), the bonuses are quite high 2/ friendly and nice co-workers. they have a high sense of tolerance

      Cons

      1/ the office is very very far to the downtown. it's in rural area. very little entertainment. boring and stressful life. 2/ at my brand, the leader is very micromanage. this person try to manage 4 divisions alone! KOL Specialist, CS, Livestream, Offline BD, all at one time! i still don't understand why this person doesn't hire new leaders for each divisions. 3/ this leader is also so toxic. always mock co-workers with bad words. very subjective! favoritism! always meddling in other people's personal affairs!
