they pay generously for the menial work you do
Cons
Horribly outdated technology Stuck in the past The intelligence level of upper management is seriously concerning, lower management is even worse. Have heaters in the warehouse they don't seem to use? No security cameras on the property even though they house millions of dollars in product. It seems that they want to continue to increase business without investing in ways to improve the efficiency or working conditions in their warehouse.

Their trucks are yellow and noticeable on the road.
Cons
Finds ways to keep from paying commission. Does not pay expenses like mileage etc. Takes it off the top of your commission check. If you want to take customers out to lunch you do NOT get reimbursed.
