      Pros

      Interesting team, good quarterly talks about where the company is at, nice office space, quarterly hack days

      Cons

      Too much support work and bug fixing, large legacy codebase and accounting system that needs an overhaul, understaffed and pressure with deadlines for features. Lack of meaningful direction with the product.

      The company had a very multicultural work force.

      Cons

      Management don't really listen to staff Certain departments are not cared about at all. No real transparency due to constantly shifting goals Individual needs rarely catered to Too many managers Micro-management No career progression outside of sales and tech

      Good place to work with great staff. Friday treats each week with monthly breakfasts. Allocated times for training, viewing technical feedback.

      Current restructuring has caused some disquiet.
