Pros

Cafeteria that has half decent food but does the job for the most part. Decent if you want to experience a poor work/life balance opportunity and feel being taken advantage of.

Cons

Watch on YouTube, toxic workplace and toxic managers and this place checks each and every box. You’re treated like a number on a spreadsheet and they will make sure you know that. I was set up to fail since day 1 and my health took a turn to the worst because of this place. There is a reason why they’re always hiring, it’s because of the extreme high turnover rate.

Great product. Good engineering team.

Cons

Top management doesn’t believe in quality, just ship it out and move production to lower quality Mexico. They talk about people centered, they act as just ship the $ and don’t really care about the employees.
