Pros

I wish I had something good to say.. They do have a great product ; however, they are very picky of who they hire, so it has to be the perfect place to work with exceptional pay and benefits.. Unfortunately not too many people are good enough for them no matter how much experience one has!

Cons

There are 6 interviews from the bottom to the top of the management chain. The hiring process is long and drawn out and can take months between interviews. Also, they are too cowardly to speak to you over the phone that you are not worthy of their company. They send you a letter!

Pros

Good pay. Good technology. Nice co-workers who have worked for the company a long time, many 10+ years

Cons

Micro-manager. Clock employees by tracking badging in and out activity. Managers need training. When hired they tell you the schedule is flexible and they have good work/life balance. They also claim to trust their employees. However, they presented a badging in/out activity report and presented to upper management as grounds for termination. So the schedule is not flexible and you are expected to be parked in the parking garage at least 8 hours per day. No complaints or warning was given prior to termination. When asked whether any assigned work was not completed in a timely fashion, the answer was no. So work productivity was fine but the culture requires that you be on the premises for 40 hours during an assigned schedule, rather than the flexible schedule they claim. On top of that IT role required after hours work as well as remote work and offsite work at other locations for network changes, so I can document I averaged over 40 hours of work per week but all that was considered was the badge in/out report as well as the parking garage in/out report.

Pros

The pay is pretty good and the 401k and profit sharing is good. The pay is above average.

Cons

The managers are micro managers. No concept of FLEX time. Even after all night deployments they still expect everyone in the office @ 8 am. No opportunity for advancement. They run off employees after 1-2 years.
