Daisy acquired 5com where I came from and we went from an SME business to Corporate. Terrible management and commission plans that changed.

Employee Review of Daisy Communications: A Deeply Disappointing Experience Working at Daisy Communications has been, without exaggeration, the worst professional experience of my career. Despite being part of a sizable operation, employees at entry-level positions are paid the bare minimum—literally national minimum wage. There is no opportunity to purchase additional holidays, as doing so would reduce your pay below legal minimum thresholds, highlighting a complete disregard for employee wellbeing. The inconsistency in workplace structure is staggering. There are frequent changes to working methods with little communication or consideration, creating a chaotic and unstable environment. The disparities between departments are particularly disheartening. Some teams, often with significantly lighter workloads and far fewer incoming calls, are paid more than others who are constantly inundated. There is no sense of fairness or equity in how tasks and compensation are managed. Adding to the frustration is the canteen, where food prices are shockingly high—yet you're left with little choice, as the nearest alternative is over two miles away. This isolates employees and takes advantage of their limited options during work hours. A new “smart casual” dress code was recently introduced, yet team leaders and managers are regularly seen in hoodies and t-shirts, flouting the very policy they’re supposed to uphold. This lack of consistency in enforcement further reflects the poor management and lack of professionalism that plagues the company. Overall, Daisy Communications is a deeply dysfunctional organization. I would strongly advise against seeking employment here or engaging their services. Their treatment of staff and customers alike leaves much to be desired—an absolute rip-off in every sense.
