Pros
Awesome director with a very egalitarian employee structure. Flexible hours and lovely employees. Very inclusive work environment - you are a person before an employee here. Plenty of opportunity to take on responsibility and learn.
Cons
As a small company you are limited in access to mentoring. A lot of self learning required (which is a given in dev) but sometimes limited guidance which could be difficult for people fresh in the industry.
