      Can't think of any major pros.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is extremely poor. To call the CEO inept would be a compliment. Nepotism has lead to lots of unqualified individuals in positions of power that have absolutely no right to be there. There's been a lot of turnover recently at the director level and they recently told us that the auditors have resigned which does not fill me with confidence in Dalrada's future.

      Some nice people there that seem genuine and honest

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. You get jerked around and lie to by upper management constantly. They treat their employees like numbers. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you like management who doesn’t care about you and constant drama and stress.
