The company is still relatively young. The management is awesome and very reasonable and flexible regarding trying new workflows and practices. You can feel the direct impact on the product. Also, fast feedback cycles. Very interesting problems we are trying to solve.
Cons
Too much work for the size of the team. sometimes we have to rush things prematurely out of the door.
