Pros
The team is all women so I feel very empowered in my workplace. My ideas and prior experiences are considered valuable when discussing changes/shifts within the infrastructure of the company. And I feel supported by my superiors.
Cons
There is no physical office space so working remotely can take a toll on you.

Great Pay as compared to other Arts Organizations Fulfilling work with NYS Public School Students New non-gendered syllabus available for schools
Cons
Strict dress code Sometimes it feels like our voices aren't being heard as Teaching Artists / Buddy Teachers Travel-Time pay isn't implemented yet
