Pros
Excellent educational goals. teaching social skills thru ballroom dancing. You don’t have to be a ballroom dancer to train to teach the program. The company is more interested in animated people with good rhythm and a desire to work with children. Program lessons are very specific so you don’t have to prepare lesson plans.
Cons
While you don’t have to prepare lesson plans, there is absolutely no flexibility in what and how it is taught. There is a lot of oversight by middle managers called liaisons. They’re supposed to be there to “support” TA, but they mainly make sure you do everything by the book. Complicated pay structure. No advancement.
