After 15 years in the workforce, I can say with complete confidence that Dandelion stands in a class of its own. The culture is electric — a passionate team of engineers who thrive on collaboration and take real pride in getting things done the right way. Add to that an absolutely phenomenal CTO and Co-founder, and you have an organization that is as inspiring as it is effective. Hands down, the best place I've ever worked.

Cons

Somerville was a pain to get to and its hard to be part of a fast paced environment, remotely.
