Cons
Owners can't handle money, they had another company which was for investments, and that one was failing, so they began taking money out of DJM, so much that it couldn't function anymore and began to lose clients, then they blamed the employees. And everyone who leaves that company is the bad guy and at fault for everything bad that happens, always.
