was part of the mass layoff that impacted 500 employees at this company, and the experience was nothing short of devastating. Management failed to communicate transparently, leaving many of us in the dark about what was happening or why it was happening.
The process was cold, impersonal, and shockingly abrupt. There was no support offered for employees, no clear explanation for why so many talented individuals were let go, and no sense of gratitude for the work we had put in. It felt like we were disposable, with no regard for the people who had helped the company reach its current position.
There was a complete lack of empathy or genuine concern for the well-being of employees during this time. No severance package to speak of, no help with finding new roles, just a quick exit with no closure.
The leadership is out of touch, and the company culture is a facade. The moment they think they can save a buck, they’ll cut you loose without a second thought.
If you value job security, respect, and fair treatment, this is not the company for you. I would not recommend working here, and after being treated this way, I would advise staying far away.
