Pros
Office size is very good (not very small, not too big). Nintendo switch. 10 minutes walk from Kista Galleria where you can have a nice lunch. Good salary.
Cons
I joined the company without a specific assignment on a six-month probation. My manager assured me that ending my probation would only be due to something extreme, like if I stopped coming to work for a month or worse. He emphasized that a lack of projects alone would never be a reason to end my probation. He genuinely believed this when he said it, but he wasn’t the final decision-maker. As an employee himself, he reported to a higher manager. Just two months into my time there, his manager decided to terminate all developers without active assignments due to poor financial numbers.
