Lack of true leadership support, more time spent on meetings and throwing good employees under the bus, too much favoritism. I was highly excited when I started working at the company. Shortly after that, things changed for the worse. All I will say is this company absolutely does allow highly toxic leadership behavior and that leads to burnout, high turnover, and low employee morale.

I'll start by saying this position was a hybrid NOC and Data Center Technician job. However, due to a lack of staffing, I also had to take on various other roles such as Office Manager, Receptionist, Shipping and Receiving, and whatever else came my way. For the same pay. You're extremely underpaid for what is expect workwise. I thought it was just me, but reading through some of the reviews for the past few years let me know that I wasn't crazy. This is not the company for you if you are a minority. Management is toxic, the workplace culture is toxic. There is high turnover, burnout, and low employee morale and it all leads back to leadership and operational related issues. While there are opportunities to learn quite alot, training is not structured, Management is not forthcoming or honest and a lot of the staff is for self. Knowledge is hoarded and not shared freely like it should be within a team environment unless you're one of the favorites.
