Doesn’t micromanage Freedom to structure day Easy to get time off
Cons
Training is lacking and not uniform, you will be told one thing then something completely different by another manager. Pay is low for the industry for the job. You are working two jobs but still making less than people just doing one at other companies. At the end of the day management doesn’t care about you, you are just a number to them. They give you crappy leads and expect you to do something with them. There is also favorites who get more and better leads than others, then you are reprimanded for not doing as much as the favorites.

Pros
Office culture: leadership is present and supportive. They are understanding of needed time-off and have a plan set in place so that your work is covered while you're absent. This is truly a teamwork-oriented company. Lots of support from the whole team. There are a lot of digital training guides to help you learn your job and stay proficient.
Cons
The unique mortgage process can be a little overwhelming to those of us who are new, but even still, there are metrics and training set in place to offset the learning curve as well as leadership who is always available to answer questions. Currently, there isn't a lot of options for growth but as the company grows, which it is, I see this also changing.
