      Self Managed, not micromanaged and nice employees

      Cons

      No work life balance, accounting is horrible, overtime without extra pay, no bonuses, no raises, alot of talk with no changes, communication is a negative and employees are not valued.

      if you are real estate agent - new agent, then there are leads otherwise, terrible place to work

      Cons

      stressful, does not treat employees well, only pretend to, pay salary, does not pay overtime, but deduct doctors appointments.
