Trying to make a list of pros for this company is a severe waste of paper and ink. If you're doing it on your phone, it's a waste of storage. Please avoid.

Cons

No work-life balance. The company does not believe in holidays or vacations. All Saturdays are working days. The only holidays assigned to employees are the 12 national holidays—nothing more. Exploitation at its finest. They will fire you at any moment because they have no idea how an organization functions.
