      Flexible work options hindered by resistant middle management

      Pros

      Flexible working arrangements, reasonable salary.

      Cons

      Too many employees (middle management) that have been there for way too long, stubborn and set in their ways. Siloed teams. Immature MS practice, too many egos, unwillingness to adopt change.

      Some really good people amongst the business

      Cons

      * Lower end of the pay scales for OTE, given the targets. * Essentially just a box-dropper business, trying to do lowest possible margins. Go check ASX reporting. * Management is just a boys club, most of which have never done a single day of sales in their careers.

      Pros

      Data#3 has really supported me during a time when family life has been placing significant strain on things. While managing complex logistics and family commitments, I was facing the possibility of stepping away from my role to focus solely on being a wife and mother. During this period, my manager proactively worked with me to create a more flexible arrangement that allowed me to remain in the workforce as a contractor. Continuing to work is an important part of my identity, and this flexibility has helped reduce stress across my family while giving me a continued sense of purpose. I am genuinely grateful for this opportunity and for the ability to stay connected with such a supportive and talented team.

      Cons

      The sourcing tool used to access candidates is clunky and though this is externally developed rather than internally created it could definitely be changed to another product for better efficiency and results. Really craping the barrel to find a con as there isn't anything i am unhappy about
