Pros

You can take leave after giving a resignation

Cons

"After spending some time with this company, I've come to realize that there are significant areas for improvement, particularly regarding the work culture and management practices. Despite the anticipation of joining a forward-thinking and technologically advanced team, my experiences have unfortunately not lived up to those expectations. *Leadership Style and Work Environment*: The leadership approach leans more towards traditional hierarchies, with a strong emphasis on authority. This has fostered a culture where employees feel more pressured by fear than motivated by encouragement. A shift towards more supportive and inclusive leadership could greatly enhance the overall work environment. *Recruitment Transparency*: During the recruitment process, I was impressed by discussions of competitive salaries and advanced technology platforms. However, the reality post-joining has been markedly different, leading to a trust gap. Ensuring alignment between what is promised and what is delivered can significantly improve trust and satisfaction among new hires. *Intern Experience*: I've observed that interns are often given responsibilities that far exceed their level of experience without adequate support or guidance, which can be overwhelming and, in some cases, has led to premature terminations. A more structured internship program that genuinely considers the intern's learning journey would be beneficial. *Organizational Structure and Processes*: The lack of a clear team structure and standardized development processes has often led to confusion and inefficiency. Implementing more defined procedures and clearer role delineations could greatly improve operational effectiveness. *Leave Policy and Work-Life Balance*: Although the company offers various leave options on paper, the reality of utilizing these leaves is quite challenging. Promoting a more flexible approach to leave and encouraging a healthier work-life balance would likely enhance employee well-being and productivity. *Professional Development*: Opportunities for learning and professional growth seem limited, particularly for those looking to balance work with further studies. Investing in the continuous development of employees not only benefits the individual but also the company by fostering innovation and staying competitive. In summary, while there are certainly challenges within the company, I believe that with thoughtful leadership, transparent communication, and a genuine commitment to employee development, the organization has the potential to transform its culture into one that is both productive and inspiring. It's my hope that this feedback is seen as an opportunity for positive change."
