Tons of opportunity to learn and share knowledge from colleagues. Top-skilled co-workers, many are expert in several domains and available to help tackle difficult problem when needed. On most project, the company typically sends several consultants => we're rarely alone facing the end client.
Cons
Top-level company is expected to be you're thing: you're expect to work hard both on the projects and on keeping your skills. Being a consultancy, most of our day-to-day interractions will be with the end client, not so much with the rest of Data minded.
