Pros
Easily the best company I have worked for and I have worked for many IT startups. Great food/drinks/benefits, though regular gym classes, yoga, massage have stopped since COVID (but there's still a fitness allowance).
Cons
It's a tech company but *some* areas need a push into more modern tech and management styles. Limited opportunities as they are not growing as fast as other IT companies.

Pros
Free food (loads). Free fruits, bread, soups, noodles, chocolates, energy bars , beers, wines, coke. Like you could save money for lunch and breakfast. Free travel to other states like Brisbane and Melbourne.
Cons
Bad management. Old tech stack. Old school way of handeling projects.
