      I was working for DataCaptive for over two years and I must say that I had a great experience there as I also got learn from my peers. The management is very understandable, friendly and easy to approach. If you are facing any problem related to work, they will do their best to help you out.

      The company has fixed timings and can get hard for the people who work in the night shift

      Pros

      Hi, I am working with DataCaptive as a Graphic designer and what I can say is that the atmosphere is chilled and supportive. I love working with my subordinates and enjoy the group activities we have to participate in every now and then. Work is obviously a little stressful, but when you are appreciated for that, it all pays off at the end of the day.

      Cons

      I would say a little more leaves for festive occasions would be appreciated.
