I have been working in the company for 2+ years, the conditions are excellent, I am satisfied with the social package and the office and equipment and cookies, and the salary review. And most importantly, the diversity of technologies and the opportunity to grow and learn. The warm atmosphere and weekly team-building activities keep you sane. Thanks to the flat structure of companies, you can be heard. In a word, for those who are interested in professional growth in a warm atmosphere with bright projects, this company will be the best option.
Cons
Remote is difficult (war and covid forced to). In a warm office, the atmosphere was way better and more comfortable.
