      Non-Existent Communication

      Pros

      Friendly co workers and good work from home policy.

      Cons

      Communication was severely lacking in pretty much everything. Many tasks were reactive rather than proactive. Technology is outdated and was mostly only updated when it became a critical issue. Huge learning curve for new employees as training is very basic.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are always open to input from our employees about how we can communicate better. In addition to our quarterly planning meetings and open-door policy, one resource we are using this year is a review of our Trust Behaviors with weekly trust huddles to develop our active listening, learn how to clarify expectations and be a better team player.       Some great teammates to be found.

      Cons

      I was taught in high school the importance of character and accomplishment. Neither of those is exhibited or valued by the current owners. If you work here, you can expect the CEO to be untrustworthy, irrational, unrealistic, verbally abusive, and demoralizing. Long timers either look the other way or have become desensitized. New hires figure it out very quickly and leave as soon as they can.

We build character in ourselves and in our teams by developing our trust through our behavior and how we work together. And, while we do challenge our team members with performing, we always like to see and reward accomplishment as they complete their goals, hold each other accountable and move our company forward.

      Lack of direction from leadership, lack of resources required to do the work, subpar tools for solution set, high turnover, outdated technology that rarely works.
