6yThank you for your feedback. We are always open to input from our employees about how we can communicate better. In addition to our quarterly planning meetings and open-door policy, one resource we are using this year is a review of our Trust Behaviors with weekly trust huddles to develop our active listening, learn how to clarify expectations and be a better team player.
