Pros
I've worked for Datatech Labs 2 separate stretches over the years. Leadership is consistent, and really cares about employee mental and physical health. Never before have I worked for someone who was so personable.
Cons
Due to the specific nature of the work, not everyone is a great fit for the team. Hiring/replacing people can be a challenge, but the owner never settles for "average" from employees, and it reflects in the business itself.
