Pros
> Business is growing fast > Solving hard, messy problems for our customers, no one else dares to solve > Mature all-remote team culture with a lot of ownership, autonomy, and responsibility to each team member.
Cons
We are an all-remote team working across multiple time zones. Wouldn't be the right fit if you're looking for lots of in-person interaction.

The CEO Gleb is great, really enjoyed working with him Nice group of people cool product flexible and remote-friendly good compensation
Cons
Business direction wasn't super clear when I was there but that might have changed by now
