Pros

Low work pressure, some of the initial folks are good.

Cons

High Politics. Bad Culture. Poor quality of work. India is just for cost advantage. Data Scientist's are just creating models for presentations, calling R and Python libraries. For an AI company no software culture. Consulting company with lot of focus on marketing and fancy talk very little substance inside.

Ouch. Your advice to leaders is great: "Focus on real work, develop real products which add value to customer. Reduce politics." But these cons. They sting. They sting because we've all felt these tensions (and more) but so many of us are working hard to make Noodle.ai a company we love. Noodle.ai is growing quickly, we're young, and building real companies is hard – especially in a nascent market. (The phrase "Enterprise AI" didn't even exist on the internet before we used it on our home page in 2016.) Despite these challenges we're kicking butt. Our client portfolio is growing, and each client is growing their relationship with the company. A testament to the quality of work that our teams are doing across our communities. More importantly, you're surrounded by a cohort of engaged, devoted, and thoughtful colleagues who're building a company of which we all are proud. Each of our team members has a unique and valuable perspective on Noodle.ai. Please add your voice to a team that's fixing the problem you feel is most burning: talk to a Data Science Community Leader, or a Regional Community Leader, or the Culture Team, or post a note to #asksteve (the CEO), or #askmatt (Chief Data Science Officer), or form a team and invite me so we can work together to make our culture even better.

Pros

Upcoming business domain Challenging Engineering Problems to solve Potential to become awesome workplace (given senior mangement quality in bangalore is fixed) Work location & Office space is good

Cons

[All for Bangalore Location] Really mediocre upper management (Talks of highest quality but no ground action) Management not open to critique (punishing those who give actual critical feeedback) No transparency (authoritarian work style by top guys in bangalore) Very bad work environemnt (you're just a resource and not a team member) Employees fired without a valid reason (due to personal vendetta). I left the company myself before same could've happend with me. Focus is on removing reviews from Glassdoor rather than fixing the underlying problems. Pay raise is slightly below market standards

Pros

Only good thing about this company is work quality

Cons

Underpaid employees Negligible salary hike Worst management. This is what happens when Infosys or likewise leaders trying to compete in a startup market. Work place discrimination (india vs US and obviously India is discriminated) in terms of facilities, transparency etc
