Pros

Casual 9-5 work environment if your office support. The workers that keep the business moving are great. They have made a good culture outside of the ownership team.

Cons

Zero room for advancement, zero benefits, low pay and no raises. Owner is a snake oil salesman. In fact he was charged by the SEC for selling over 5.5 million dollars in fraudulent oil and gas investments. That’s your boss…only looking out for himself. True white collar criminal. The product never has the efficacy that it’s supposed to. The poor customer service department just has to deal with pissed off customers all day everyday because of the inferior product and under qualified install team. HR department doesn’t exist. Just the office bully that makes inappropriate comments to the woman in the office and does everything he can to make everyone as uncomfortable as possible. Turnover rate on the sales team is ridiculous. They can’t keep a decent sales rep. The leads are hit or miss and the product is overpriced making it an uphill battle on an icy hill. If your a sales rep, keep looking. There are better, more organized companies out there that won’t take advantage of you. If your looking to be office support it’s a 9-5 office job making 32-41K a year with no benefits but at least you have some good young employees that are fun to work with. If you try to better yourself and your family by looking for a better opportunity such as health benefits and a livable wage they will give you the Ax. Don’t show your cards.

Pros

-The commission structure is decent but the price of systems is 10-15k more than other companies. I had two leads laugh me out of their houses when I gave them quotes since they were so overpriced. - 2-3 people in the company were super cool and legitimately wanted to help out with stuff.

Cons

-Systems are so overpriced it felt almost criminal trying to get people to sign - Management overall was a complete joke. They would tell you to add $2500 to the price in order to give yourself negotiating room! Sleezy and unethical! One manager in particular was awkward and super high on himself. - They offer lifetime warranties but it isn’t in the contract so they can’t be legally held responsible to honor them. Lost two deals specifically because of that after my customers read through the contract. - Owner made sexist comments over zoom meeting multiple times. -They promised 2-3 leads a day yet I only ran four in three weeks. - Sub out their installs to a mediocre local company - Their dealer fees were bordering on shady and insane. -Decided I’d rather work for a reputable local company that does their own installs and offers fair prices to their customers.

Pros

This is a great paying job. The company takes care of its employees with a great commission structure and incentives as well. The bonus structure is great as well. I can truly say this is a great job for people who don’t mind working hard and getting better everyday. They take time away and don’t run the reps everyday like other companies. Have been thriving during this pandemic.

Cons

Some driving is obviously going to be involved.
