The employees are treated with disrespect,no free time,no flexibility,they don`t ask about your personal life and they put shifts wothout asking,they call you to work on vacation,they force employees to work extra hours..They force employees to sign documents about working from free will extra and that is not true.The worst thing is that the superior staff like supervisors and managers stress employees,standing behind their backs threatening them they will kick them out if they don`t move faster,they don`t help you,they scream at staff and when they do smt wrong they just tell the manager to punish you and make you feel like crap in front of everyone.In the office is an atmospehere of poison,pressure,no fun and no good will,only fake persons bosses who like to be feared.The staff is demotivated,everyone having a bad taste every day,no pleasure to work or smile.It is too stressful to bare by someone.Besides that,you get no extra time for trolleys-making,no extra time for running on the floors because you are not provided with towels,and that is not your job to do,you don`t get extra for anything and you are just told every day how many minutes you are ``late``.Some of them don`t even eat in the break to be able to finish.I missed 1 day of 30 minutes unpaid break.This job is sick.They lack communication and self esteem.Also,I know from 3 friends that they have been judged because they don`t pay vacation money and sick day money.
