Pros
I worked at DeMellier for almost 4 years and the passion of the founder is really present across the entire business. The opportunities to learn about all areas of the business, regardless of your role, are great. No day is the same and the team is incredibly hard working, which makes for a very rewarding job.
Cons
The fast paced environment might be a con for some, but that's something I personally enjoyed. If you like a fast moving, exciting environment you will thrive at this company.
