      Pros

      Some stellar, respectful attorneys Low health insurance premiums Modern office No micromanagement Ability to work from home up to two days per week for staff (with a few caveats)

      Cons

      Poor management from Managing Partners and HR; Staff concerns fall on deaf ears; Annual bonuses are pathetic and raises are not merit-based despite attorney reviews Training is almost non-existent for new hires - staff and attorneys have felt like they are on an island and set up to fail Promotion of unqualified staff

      Collegiality, good benefits, pretty offices.

      Cons

      Lack of mentoring, lack of communication, unrealistic billables compared to salary, rude partners, lack of teaching, focus on creating a culture that doesn't actually do what it says it does, no DEI whatsoever

      Management allows attorneys to pray upon young legal assistants

      Pros

      -Could sometimes work from home. -Mostly, was not micromanaged and could control your own workload. -Paid fairly if you asked for it and advocated for yourself.

      Cons

      -Attorneys are allowed to get away with inappropriate behavior with no consequences (flirting with their legal assistants who are half their age, having inappropriate relations in the building, watching inappropriate videos in their offices) -Pregnant people face obvious discrimination here -Management will not take your complaints seriously and will opt to move you to a different office instead. -Overworked assistants and undervalued them consistently -slurs and inappropriate language used frequently in public spaces in the office. -no opportunities for career advancement unless someone quits
