For most positions, it's relaxed and fun.

Cons

Ownership is the stereotypical millionaire with the ego to boost. The ownership feels that everyone should work for pennies and not have any time off. If you work on your days off, don't expect to be able to take off on another day. In the owner's eyes, that's a "blue collar mentality."
